By accessing this webpage, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in a legally binding agreement between Notivate ("us", "we", "our") and you ("User", "you", "your"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the website. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not access the Platform. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions by posting updates to the Platform.
Eligibility
You hereby represent and warrant that you have the right, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and to perform your obligations hereunder.
Definitions
Platform refers to notivate.in where Notivate offers its products and services.
Transaction refers to the order placed by the User with Notivate to purchase products and/or services listed on the Platform.
User means any person availing the products and/or services offered on the Platform.
Digital Product refers to any course, video, worksheet, template, PDF, or other digital content offered by Notivate.
Products and Services
Notivate offers the following digital products under the course From Invisible to Indispensable:
- Starter — ₹1,999 — Full course access, all 6 module videos, lifetime access
- Pro — ₹4,999 — Full course access, all worksheets, templates and bonus materials, lifetime access
- Premium — ₹9,999 — Everything in Pro plus access to monthly live group Q&A sessions
All products are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is involved.
Intellectual Property
All content on notivate.in including course videos, worksheets, templates, scripts, and written material is the exclusive intellectual property of Notivate. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for your own individual use only.
Prohibited Actions
As a User you agree not to: share, resell, or distribute any purchased content to any third party; record, screenshot, or copy any course videos or materials without permission; use the Platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to impersonate another user or person; upload or transmit viruses or other malicious material.
Live Group Session Terms (Premium Only)
The Premium tier includes access to a monthly live group Q&A session. Sessions are held once a month on a scheduled date announced in advance, conducted live via Google Meet. If a session is cancelled by Notivate it will be rescheduled to the nearest available date. Sessions are not transferable to another person.
Limitation of Liability
Notivate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
Governing Laws
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
